How do I know if my area is serviceable?
We are currently delivering in selected areas. However, if your location is within 2.5 km of Wipro Gate Bus Stop, we can still deliver to you.
How can I track my order?
We are still in the development phase and do not yet have a live tracking feature. However, if your order takes more than 15 minutes to arrive, you can ask for an update by sending your order ID via WhatsApp. (Find Order ID from Menu page: Account/My Orders/Order ID)
When will you start delivering to my area?
If we are not currently serving your location, you can share your address on help@lightbite.in. We are constantly expanding, and we will try to launch our service in your area soon.
I have received the wrong item. What should I do?
This is very rare, but if you have received the wrong package, we sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order ID, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible. (Find Order ID from Menu page: Account/My Orders/Order ID)
I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?
We’re sorry for the delay! Sometimes, due to high demand, large orders, traffic congestion, or bad weather conditions, deliveries might take longer than expected. Please send us your order ID on WhatsApp, and we’ll provide you with an update. (Find Order ID from Menu page: Account/My Orders/Order ID)
How can I return my order?
We currently do not have a return policy. However, if you find anything wrong with your order, we’re happy to assist you. Please share your complaint along with your order ID on WhatsApp, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. (Find Order ID from Menu page: Account/My Orders/Order ID)
Can I request a new dish to be added to the menu?
Can’t find your favorite dish on our menu? No problem! Please send us the name of the dish on WhatsApp, and we will consider adding it to our menu in the future.
Are your vegetarian products 100% vegetarian?
Yes! If you are a vegetarian, rest assured that our vegetarian offerings are 100% pure and completely safe for you. We maintain strict food safety standards to ensure no cross-contamination.
I have a different complaint. How can I report it?
We take customer complaints seriously. Please write your complaint on WhatsApp, and we will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
